eZ Cash will pay back utility service charges when customers pay their CEB, LECO, and Water Board bills via the eZ Cash Wallet using on genie app from 30th November - 31st December 2024
Terms & Conditions
- The offer is valid till 30th November to 31st December 2024
- Customer needs to perform CEB, LECO or Water Board bill Payments using eZ Cash Wallet on genie app to eligible.
- The offer is valid for New and existing eZ Cash customers.
- A minimum of 01 transaction needs to be performed to be eligible for this promotion.
- Redemption of the Service charges will be credited to the customer’s eZ Cash wallet within 05 working days after December 31st .
- Service charge reversals will only be performed for maximum of 1 bill payments ( CEB , LECO or Water Board)done during the promotional period.
- A maximum of Rs. 20/= per transaction service charge will be refunded to the customer.
- This is a limited-time offer, and Dialog Axiata PLC reserves the right to change the promo mechanism, withdraw, or close the promotion at any time during the promo period without providing any explanation to the participants.
