  • Via the genie App, using your eZ Cash Wallet as a payment source
  • At any eZ Cash Retail Point, even if you don’t have an eZ Cash wallet

How GovPay Works

1. Pay at eZ Cash Retailers (Over-the-Counter)

  • Walk into any eZ Cash outlet.
  • Provide the retail agent with your bill or reference details (e.g., payment ID, NIC number, account number).
  • Pay in cash, or via other accepted methods (if supported).
  • Receive an instant confirmation / digital receipt.
  • No eZ Cash Wallet is required — this service is inclusive.

2. Pay via Genie App with Your eZ Cash Wallet

  • Open the Genie App on your phone.
  • Select GovPay, then choose the service you need (tax, license, fine, utility, etc.).
  • Enter payment details (bill number, reference ID, amount).
  • Pay directly from your eZ Cash Wallet.
  • Receive a digital confirmation / receipt in-app and via SMS.
